Minutes, including attendance records, at 2013 MPRB Committee of the Whole (COW) meetings were previously
posted on the MPRB website. It has generally been the practice of the MPRB to not keep minutes of COW meetings and the Board
of Commissioners have never officially recorded or approved minutes for their COW meetings. The accuracy of the 2013
attendance records and minutes were questioned. The MPRB then conducted a review of the minutes of COW meetings and staff
looked into the attendance records for the 2013 COW meetings that were previously posted. Because the minutes were not kept
and recorded in accordance with standard MPRB procedures for the two 2013 COW meetings, these minutes were subsequently removed
from the MPRB website. The MPRB believes the COW attendance records do not accurately reflect attendance at all COW meetings
conducted in the last several years.
